Celebrating his 30th year in the industry, our Managing Director and owner Andy is passionate about developing content and delivering events that really hit the mark. Andy spends his free time at home in Yorkshire and loves good food, the countryside and flying his own light aircraft.
Andrew has over 19 years’ experience in hire and events and works as Hire Co-ordinator at our Birmingham branch. His vast knowledge and experience ensures the smooth running of logistics and many happy customers. Andrew loves the great outdoors and riding is motorbike.
Bryony is our Senior Event Manager. She has significant experience in numerous areas of the event industry including the automotive, charity, corporate and pharmaceutical sectors. She is responsible for account management and project co-ordination in the event side of our business. Bryony is obsessed with interior design and even has her own ‘house Instagram’.
Gavin has 16 years experience in hire and events and in that time has worked with many clients all over the world. His knowledge and experience is a huge benefit to our clients and he is also the “go to man” if there are any computer issues and is a whizz at fixing PC’s!
Hazel is our Head of Event Production and has had vast agency experience and is responsible for managing the event management side of the business. Hazel, originally from Ireland loves the great outdoors and music festivals.
Along with the events business Julie has many years’ experience in the hotel industry which has helped her develop great working relations with many of the local venues we service in the Midlands. Julie loves holidays, salsa dancing and red wine.
‘Crezzie’ has worked in events for 8 years; starting as a technician he has gained experience in all areas of event production working his way up to his current role as Project Manager. He loves playing his guitar and Spurs.
Jason is our Financial Controller and oversees the financial and administrative needs of the business. He is a keen hill walker and also enjoys running and riding his motorbike.
As well as often being the first friendly voice you will hear when calling in Julie has an encyclopaedic knowledge of our hire booking system, regularly fixing the problems we all create! Julie enjoys going on holiday, her cats and anything sweet.
Mark brings over 20 years of technical event production experience to Quadrant having worked on complex, large scale events throughout the world. Mark loves sport, good food and good weather.
Paul joined Quadrant over 10 years ago and as a Business Development Manager draws on his years’ of experience building trust and relationships with venues and blue chip clients. Paul loves family, playing his keyboard and Caribbean food.
The architect of our fabulous Birmingham hire team, Russell has been in the hire and events industry for over 13 years and enjoys getting involved in some of our more unusual projects. He loves Black Sabbath, playing the guitar and holidaying in Cornwall.
Rebecca has over a decade of experience producing films and TV commercials for businesses, charities and public sector organisations across the UK and beyond. Rebecca loves the cinema, cooking and eating good food and long walks with her 2 dogs.
Sarah has worked in the event industry for over 15 years and has experience in all aspects of design from large-scale banners to complex presentations. Originally from Norfolk Sarah loves spending time at the seaside.
Scott runs our set department and is in charge of our internal logistics, making sure that everything is the right place at the right time! Outside work he is our resident rock star and when he’s not working you can find him touring with his band.
