High profile leadership events are regular business for us here at Quadrant, but when the top 300 leaders of any organisation come together attention to detail and delegate experience is of paramount importance.
None more so that this event which we have produced for the past few years, with delegates attending an evening session followed by interactive daytime conference.
Challenge
We love to help our clients ensure that this style of event is interactive and engaging. On this occasion we had delegates moving around breakout sessions which were dispersed throughout a large conference hotel, so with a very tight agenda careful planning and logistics were essential.
Content coming from many contributors is always a challenge, one that our two-day graphics clinic overcame with great efficiency to ensure all content was prepared to the highest standard.
Solution
We integrated seamlessly with the client event team and contributors to produce this demanding event. Our creative team designed the event style and everything required for the conference.
Delegates registered using our Connected Event registration system, and the creation and distribution of a bespoke event App followed.
At the venue we delivered a full production service and once again lived up to our promise and delivered a highly professional, flawless event.
