Brief
This event originated from the strong relationship with have with the Custard Factory, Fazeley Studios and The Bond.
We were asked to transform the Gate House events space for a VIP launch of the Create Central initiative, this required set, stage, projection, lighting and technical support. Several technical site visits were conducted to get a full understanding of the requirement, as well as the events space we needed to transform.
Solution
Our technical solution included the latest technology to display their launch video, this included high end projection and audio, integrated into one of our stock set designs which we felt worked perfectly with in the space and was ideal for the audience size.
Having a full understanding of the importance of the event within the region, we took the precaution of supplying all necessary AV equipment for media attendance, including audio feed to the cameras and possible media stage.
One of the aspects of the event was to launch the logo so all branding and information had to be kept confidential until after the launch. The logo was launched via lighting gobos as well as on the projection screen
Over a 120 guests from the creative industry within the region attended, including guest speaker Andy Street (West Midlands Mayor) and Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders creator.)
