Event Overview

Quadrant had the distinct privilege of orchestrating the Autumn Aesthetic Conference 2023, an annual cornerstone event for the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN). The conference aimed to promote professionalism in medical aesthetic nursing, and it unfolded seamlessly at Birmingham’s newest conference centre, The Eastside Rooms, located centrally in the up-and-coming Knowledge Quarter.         

The Brief

As a leading force in the field of cosmetic nursing, BACN consistently seeks to enhance industry standards through education and collaboration. The Autumn Aesthetic Conference is a flagship event, focusing on elevating the professionalism of medical aesthetic nursing through knowledge sharing and networking.

Challenges and Quadrant’s Solutions

One of the primary challenges faced during event production was ensuring a seamless and professional experience for attendees, whilst incorporating transitions into a live-stream format. The inclusion of live procedures and training from various locations across the UK, added an extra layer of dynamism to the collaboration.
