Client Brief

To celebrate and reward the achievements of individuals who played a key role in the business’s success, our client set out to host a memorable annual conference and awards event for 200 delegates from across their food outlet network.

Our goal was to transform the available space into an immersive environment that made a bold first impression and captured the vibrant spirit of the Chopstix brand.

Our Solution

The event design was a one-of-a-kind, tailor-made build created specifically for this special occasion. Our in-house creative and technical production teams brought the concept to life to deliver staging magic with a purpose.

David Shapland, our Set Production Manager, shared, “This project was a particular favourite of mine. We had the chance to take the concept of a shop fitting—design and build it within a live event—and create something totally different!”

The set echoed the latest Chopstix branding seen across their noodle bars, featuring a large LED screen that showcased bold, eye-catching content produced by the client.

Lighting played a central role in the design, helping to shape dynamic atmospheres throughout the event.

Our dedicated event management team was on-site throughout, handling everything from speaker coordination and rehearsals to show calling—ensuring the event ran flawlessly from start to finish.

The day wrapped up in unforgettable style with a full choir performance, followed by an energetic evening set from a live band, keeping the celebrations going well into the night.

The pressure was on to deliver something memorable so we really needed to partner with someone that could interpret our ideas and bring them to reality.Quadrant did just that!
