This eight-month project culminates in the delivery of a large-scale, multi-day virtual event designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of thousands of employees across the UK railway sector.

Client Brief

Rail Wellbeing Live is a free health and wellbeing event for the entire rail industry from frontline workers to senior leaders, and aims to raise awareness of good health and wellbeing through engaging and fun content.

Our brief is to provide an end to end event management, creative and production solution for a virtual event that encompasses 15,000 registered delegates and over 40 individual live online sessions.

Our Solution

The project begins several months in advance with the contracting of speakers, an eclectic mix of celebrities, health and wellbeing practitioners, subject matter experts, and industry leaders.

Our team designs and builds a bespoke delegate registration website, seamlessly integrated with the our virtual event delivery platform. Our creative team produce all the assets required for production and a full multi channel communications campaign.

With the delegate journey at the forefront, we ensure a seamless experience from initial registration through to active participation on the day.

Following thorough pre-production and technical checks with every speaker, our Qvirtual studio teams deliver professionally produced livestreams. These are enhanced with animated graphics, titles, and live captioning. Each session is broadcast live, with on-demand access available for two weeks post-event.
