After months of careful planning and pre-production, our on-site services began with seamless delegate management. This included self-service touchscreen kiosks that printed custom-designed badges in seconds, along with real-time attendance and session tracking, detailed reporting, and supplier lead capture—allowing exhibitors to quickly and easily gather leads by scanning delegate badge QR codes.
The main auditorium was set for 1,500 delegates, featuring a stunning LED screen centrepiece composed of a 9-metre-wide central section flanked by two 3.5-metre square side screens. All content was processed through a Barco E2, ensuring flawless delivery. At the CEO’s request, we integrated live handwriting functionality via a Samsung touchscreen—which worked brilliantly and added a dynamic, interactive element to the presentation.
The event opened with a 5-minute video and animated sequence, specially created to span all three screens. Lighting was precisely programmed to sync with the animation, creating a high-impact opening sequence.
Our support extended across other key areas including the exhibition and evening party, branded social media pods, “relax and recharge” zones with custom phone charging tables, professional event photography, and a highlights video edit.
