Creating a Leadership Event Experience

The Quadrant team deliver our services for a senior leadership conference with the promotion of new branding and a colleague development strategy showcase – this event had it all!

Client Brief

The regular E.ON UKLT leadership event aligned with the launch of their new branding and the emphasis on their Playmaker colleague strategy. Our task was to design an event experience that would seamlessly highlight both alongside the conference.

The inspirational setting for the brand and Playmaker experience would be followed by more relaxed feel for their regular leadership meeting.

Our Solution

The link to the venue was crucial due to our client’s partnership with the Football Association, and we designed a style that captured the essence of the surroundings.

The event featured an entrance reflecting the new branding and the Playmakers Inspiration Zone, leading into a foyer area that included a brand shop offering a fresh range of corporate clothing for attendees’ teams to order.

This marked the first time they utilised our event management team for showcalling and speaker management—a service they now consider essential!

A striking twin-screen set with projection and lightbox panels was used to showcase the new branding, while sofas, plants, and room dressing helped create a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere in the meeting space.
