Client Brief

We were delighted to deliver a comprehensive AV production solution for Sytner Group’s prestigious Elite Technician Automotive Event, through an introduction from AV Conference Events.

Hosted in the expansive Hall 2 at NAEC Stoneleigh, this annual celebration of automotive excellence demanded a high-end, professional touch.

Our brief was to provide full technical production across the venue, including staging, sound, lighting, and visual support tailored to the scale and sophistication of the event. A standout feature of the production was the integration of a custom rotating stage designed specifically to showcase the breathtaking Pagani Utopia Supercar—a true centrepiece that would capture the attention and admiration of all attendees.

Our Solution

Guests at the Elite Technician Automotive Event were welcomed with a striking red-carpet entrance, through custom-printed TFS archways, guiding them into the main presentation space with a sense of anticipation and prestige.

Inside Hall 2, the scale of the production was as impressive as the cars on display. With 46 vehicles on the floor and over 250 delegates in attendance, we needed large-format AV to match the energy and scale of the event. A 30m x 4.5m branded set formed the visual centrepiece, featuring a 10m-wide main stage and a 5m circular rotating stage—purpose-built to showcase the extraordinary Pagani Utopia Supercar.

To elevate the experience, we installed a dynamic lighting rig focused on both the stage and the hero vehicles. The lighting design was carefully programmed to synchronise with the client’s opening video, building anticipation and delivering a dramatic atmosphere for the opening ceremony.

The technical spec was completed with large-scale projection and line array audio systems, ensuring every visual and sound detail was experienced clearly throughout the vast event space.

The day was a resounding success—not only for the client, but also for our own car-enthusiast team members, who relished being part of such a spectacular automotive celebration.
