For the E.ON Apprenticeship & Skills Awards, the Quadrant team provided a complete pre-production service, working closely with multiple stakeholders to meet the brief for two distinct events delivered across consecutive days.

Our comprehensive event management services included registration, branded delegate badging, speaker coordination, rehearsals, showcalling, and the creation of animated content for the awards section. Every detail was considered to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

A standout feature was the E.ON-branded set, featuring a large LED wall, custom graphic lightboxes, and accessible staging with artificial grass. For the awards section, the atmosphere was further elevated with enhanced lighting and an LED starlight backdrop.

We used lighting to enhance the entrance to the Skills Zone, which included eye-catching Playmaker letter lights, branded banners, atmospheric uplighting, and an interactive AI photo booth.

We were also thrilled to involve our in-house video production team. They created an apprenticeship Q&A video that captured the voices and experiences of participants, showcasing the impact of the scheme. In addition, our onsite production crew filmed and edited a highlights reel in real time, which was then used at the UKLT leadership event the very next day.
