Rail Live is an annual two day exhibition that brings the entire rail industry together in a real railway environment, and we have been delighted to support Network Rail with their Network Rail Village, one of the largest exhibits at the event.
The event was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic, so for 2021 we took what had been planned previously, but created a whole new creative solution for the area along with project and exhibition management, print and digital solutions, and technical management.
This was one of the first and largest outdoor events to happen in the UK after lockdown, and the effects of the previous 18 months on the supply chain was quite a challenge therefore making it much harder to source supples, especially the marquees which were still in very short supply due to their mass use by the NHS.
Within the village we managed eight Network Rail exhibitors, all with individual marquees consisting of exhibition stands with their own artwork, content, display screens, graphics, and furniture. There was also a presentation marquee for delivering short presentations throughout both days, and we provided the equipment and technical support for this area.
Our team spent a week on-site for the build days, two day exhibition, and de-rig day, all in the beautiful June sunshine.
The event was a great success and we were delighted to receive such positive feedback – “Just to say how much I appreciate all you did for us throughout the event, all the way through the planning stages right up to the event and into the break down – you were truly superb! I really want to say thank you and let you know what a pleasure it was to work with you all”
